These terms apply when you use the WARYOR website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, get in touch before you order.

1. Who we are

WARYOR is a sportswear brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean WARYOR, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Products and sizing

We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Our Kata line is cut a touch small by design, so read the fit tip for each item.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We'll email you to confirm it. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the UAE.
Standard delivery is AED 25 for orders under AED 300, and free for orders from AED 300.
Orders usually arrive in 1–3 working days. These are estimates, and delays outside our control (such as courier issues or public holidays) can happen.
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Once your order is delivered, it is your responsibility.

6. Returns, exchanges and faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

7. Use of this website

All content on this site, including the WARYOR name, the samurai mark, photos and text, belongs to WARYOR. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security or placing fake orders.

8. Your information

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow this limit.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
